CooperACTiva is a neighborhood cooperative that operates in the districts of Alessandrino, Centocelle and Torrespaccata. Inhabitants of these areas active on the green, sustainability and inclusion along with some active realities in the neighborhoods have come together and have so far collaborated in the Open Heritage project together with Luiss Guido Carli.
With this project we have colored our schools, our markets and the walls of some of the most representative streets of the Eastern Rome suburbs. The Open Heritage project is coming to an end and a new challenge for the Cooperative has now begun.We designed these jerseys together with a team of people who deal with non-exclusion every day: sign language teachers, autistic people, ADHD support teachers.
We want to help to acquire contact with the green, knowledge of plants and environments, for those who can hardly access the courses or days of excursion in most of the times designed exclusively.
The courses can be done on site by those who request it or participate in our trips and the green teacher will adopt new techniques and new approaches to make nature appear around us without necessarily having to move or with the activation of the senses as the sense of smell, sight, touch, hearing; this will result in an innovative course that will integrate painting, music and art in general to visit unexplored places.
The course is suitable for everyone as a visual, sensory or creative experience.
